Shipping policy
Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
UK Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Our standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, a standard shipping rate will be applied at checkout.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to high demand, adverse weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. These are outside of our control, but we'll always do our best to keep you informed. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. SkyEco cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@skyeco.co and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we're here to help. Please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date with your order number and, where possible, photos of any damage. We'll work with you to find the best resolution as quickly as possible.
