Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at support@skyeco.co and we'll guide you through the process.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition, with all tags attached
- Returned in original or suitable protective packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Refunds Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges, subject to stock availability. If you'd like to swap your item for a different size or style, please reach out to us at support@skyeco.co before sending anything back, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at support@skyeco.co within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
